1. Acceptance of Terms

Slotsync is a venture by Tech Heimer. By creating an account or using Slotsync, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Slotsync is a scheduling platform that allows you to create booking pages, manage appointments, sync calendars, and receive booking notifications. We offer free and paid plans with varying features.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not use Slotsync for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not transmit spam, malware, or harmful content through the platform.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Lifetime plans grant access to all current and future features at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Slotsync (service descriptions, booking pages, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will notify users in advance of planned downtime when possible.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slotsync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Slotsync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
